We are pleased that you appreciated the attentive service from our reception staff, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the flat, and the beautiful garden with sun loungers. It is great that you enjoyed the variety of activities at the resort, the engaging entertainment team, and the inviting pools. We also take pride in our well-equipped kitchens, which include a microwave and hob, and our commitment to a high-speed WiFi service for all our guests.
However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the ants and sun beds, as well as your first night's interaction with our kitchen staff. Concerning the ants, we perform constant treatments, but due to our natural setting, it sometimes remains a challenge. Regarding the sun beds, we always strive to provide enough lounging options for our guests and will consider your feedback for future improvements. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience with our kitchen staff; we will address this internally to ensure that all guests are met with the utmost courtesy.
Nonetheless, we are delighted that the bar staff's cheerful demeanor contributed positively to your holiday experience. Our location, overlooking the majestic rock of Gibraltar, along with the various on-site amenities such as the children's clubs and restaurants, are designed to offer a memorable stay.
