We stayed in this apartment expecting the heating system to work properly, but after several days it still hasn’t been fixed. The receptionist was very kind and tried to help, but unfortunately the technician did not fulfill his responsibilities. We were told once that it’s due to Christmas, another time that it would be handled over the weekend, yet during our holiday we are still feeling cold and freezing. We hope the management resolves this issue promptly so future guests don’t face the same problem.

Rooms are nice and spacious and we're clean when we arrived. However, from October, room service is limited and I felt I had to plead for a change of towels and bedding after 5 days - not good when it is still hot and you're staying for more than a week. The location provides amazing views, but you really need a car if you're coming out of season.

We stayed at Pierre et Vacances Resort Terrazas Costa del Sol for 4 nights while attending a family wedding nearby, and it was the perfect choice for our family of 5!

Our apartment was just the right size with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sofa bed, plus a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with all the essentials (plates, cookware, etc.). We loved having a beautiful balcony to sit out on, overlooking the stunning pool area.

The pool itself was a highlight – well maintained and with a poolside bar serving drinks, snacks, and light lunches. The pizzas and nachos were especially delicious! We also tried the breakfast buffet one morning – although there was no live cooking station, it was still very enjoyable with a good selection.

The grounds are beautifully kept, and the views of the Rock of Gibraltar are just breathtaking. A special mention to the reception team – we checked in at 1am, and there was friendly staff available to help us, which made things so easy after a long journey.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, space, and great facilities!

I stayed here for a week it’s located in the mountains with a good view Unfortunately I won’t be back due to everything in the website isn’t what it’s like in reality the dinner buffey is terrible and is basically food from the freezer the Accommodation isn’t up to its standards by the place not being cleaned bedsheet cleaned every 5 days is actually Outrageous along with the towels if very Unhygienic the mini shop there basically isn’t anything in it there is no Elevators it’s all stairs which isn’t stated online and no one offered to help us with are suitcase when it came to the steps there is no local beach that you can just walk to and if you where to stay here you do need a car as taxi are very dear more so on the way home from places the people that work in the place are some what more friendly than others due to us not being able to speak Spanish .
