Looks dilapidated inside and out! Cheapest option you can find on booking.com for a room, but believe me I’d prefer a tent to this. It has great potential as some rooms have great views, but the property it’s just not managed well. Tucked away, you’d definitely need a car to escape from it. Think twice before you book, or maybe if you can, just go and check it out before you pay so you’ll avoid disappointment.

We briefly stayed here for a tour of this area. There were many children that completely overtook the eating areas. It would be nice if there was a separate "adults only" area here. The small kids were up at 10 pm in the eating area, jumping, singing, and dancing, so if you're trying to enjoy a 7 me here, you need to take it back to your room

I would like to complain, there was absolutely nothing for my son to do I was told that via the company’s website there’s all different activities for children. Due to it being winter season everything was closed. No where I can access food only 10 - 15 miles away I had to pay €30 - €120 for a taxi daily to get to and from. So it’s better to hire a car. You (love holidays) should specify online that no facilities are accessible my son has Autism it was hard to entertain him because there was nothing to do. On the first day when my transfer has taken us to the hotel our transfer driver had to call the company to open the gate so we were locked out at 4 o’clock in the morning and stranded for an hour as well as another family. Absolutely disappointing if I had known this, I would’ve booked a different location. Love holidays I want a refund the facilities were dirty! The hotel was closed 2-5pm 9pm-10 am so no help was barely available. Do not book here! Funny enough on the day that we was leaving the 11th of April. Everything started opening up and then the hotel had 24 hour service.. and why was there stacks of about 20 to 30 mattresses outside and they looked disgusting as if they had bedbugs. That is not professional just leave it outside. My son also got a fungal infection all over his face due to the pool not being cleaned properly he’s only 6 has spots all over his face I’ve had to take him to the doctors.

While our children’s club operates on reduced days outside French school holidays, we acknowledge the frustration this caused for your son and will review how we communicate seasonal activity schedules.

Regarding dining options, our on-site mini-market and bread delivery service remain available year-round, though we understand these may not have met all your needs. We always recommend car hire for greater flexibility when exploring local dining options, as highlighted in our accommodation details. The delayed reception opening you experienced aligns with our off-season operating hours (10:00am-2:00pm and 5:00pm-9:00pm). The mattresses observed were part of our annual deep-cleaning process following the winter closure period, which concluded on 11th April when full services resumed.

We hope you might consider returning during our peak season to experience our full range of facilities and activities.

No matter how many times you complain they do nothing!

Director they have is not qualified for the position!

Don’t waste your money to this !

Even camping is a better option than this!

Nice view on Gibraltar)
Mostly from each room you can see it.
Rooms are fully equipped with necessary stuff, only without a washing machine. It's available near reception. Walls good, soundproof)
