Good/ fair hotel with great views.
Rooms could be tidier/ cleaner.
Receptionist on the day of signing out was rude. This receptionist should not be allowed to deal with human beings!

We stayed there as a family with our 2 kids mid-August. Reading some reviews before we went, I was a bit concerned. From my point of you some people are picking on little things... really? We got there and the reception staff was great, sorry I can't remember their name. Especially the gentleman that we dealt with, so patient and explained everything to us. Flat was clean, big rooms, beautiful secluded garden with sun loungers. Kitchen was well equipped, although only had a microwave and a hob, would have preferred an oven instead of the dishwasher, but we managed. Yes there were the odd ants, but couldn't help it and saw staff spraying around. We didn't have any housekeeping/ cleaning service in our 9 nights stay, but there's cleaning products and brushes/ mops. Yes you need to rent a car ideally if you want to wonder around, but there's plenty to do at the resort if you just want to relax. The entertainment team are pretty good too, always involving guests in funny games, lots of shows, parties, kids clubs and discos. They are going the extra mile to speak your language and make you feel good! The pools were really nice too, yes a few more sun beds would help, but there's always space around for towels. Overall we would go there again and is good value, well if you don't eat/drink too much at the bar :) I found kitchen staff a bit rude on the first night as we got there a bit late, but bar staff happy and cheerful. Thank you, it was a nice holiday and experience!

It is great that you enjoyed the variety of activities at the resort, the engaging entertainment team, and the inviting pools. We also take pride in our well-equipped kitchens, which include a microwave and hob, and our commitment to a high-speed WiFi service for all our guests.

However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the ants and sun beds, as well as your first night's interaction with our kitchen staff. Concerning the ants, we perform constant treatments, but due to our natural setting, it sometimes remains a challenge. Regarding the sun beds, we always strive to provide enough lounging options for our guests and will consider your feedback for future improvements. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience with our kitchen staff; we will address this internally to ensure that all guests are met with the utmost courtesy.

Nonetheless, we are delighted that the bar staff's cheerful demeanor contributed positively to your holiday experience. Our location, overlooking the majestic rock of Gibraltar, along with the various on-site amenities such as the children's clubs and restaurants, are designed to offer a memorable stay. We hope you also managed to explore the local excursions and sightseeing trips available in the area.

We went for family holiday. End August.It's says 4star hotel.It's far away from that.Our room was full of ants and some flies it's bite all body around.Master bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeaky.In 8 days no one came to change the sheets and towels or clean the rooms. You have to go and ask for toilet paper. And they give you one roll. The girl at the reception was so unpleasant that you didn't even want to go there. You need to rent a car. Because you can't walk anywhere. The best part of this hotel was only the pools.We will never come back.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the pools in our village, which are a highlight for many of our guests, especially during the warm summer months.

However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand how important a comfortable and pest-free living space is, and we apologize for the inconvenience experienced. Constant treatments are carried out but this remains difficult given our natural environment. Regarding the bed comfort and the squeaking noises, we will surely follow up on this with our maintenance team to ensure our accommodations meet the comfort standards expected.

We also apologize for any oversight in housekeeping service frequency; our policy is to provide housekeeping every 4th day in a week of stay, and we regret if this was not properly communicated or executed. Additionally, we are sorry if the service at the reception was not as courteous and helpful as it should have been, and we will address this feedback directly with our team. Concerning the need for transportation, our location does indeed offer a tranquil getaway and we recommend guests to rent a car for ease of exploring the beautiful Costa del Sol.

Really unsafe - after our first night, we realised that both the bedroom windows (which open onto the main corridors), DO NOT SHUT PROPERLY!
FAMILIES, PLEASE EITHER SLEEP IN THE ROOMS WITH YOUR KIDS OR DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL. Literally, ANYONE can open the windows very easily and take whatever or whoever they want! So unsafe, never coming back.
