Toilet seat, shower door, door handle and lock broken. I went to reception and asked them to fix it they said they would and then didn’t. On check out they decided to charge us 30 euros per room as you have to deep clean the room, bring all your laundry down, clean the kitchen ware and empty all the bins into a bin store they don’t tell you about. Absolutely awful service and stinky attitudes from the staff. Never stay here.

Small but clean and quite new apartments. Close to the slope, 100m. With good snow - ski in ski out. Good parking and lockers.

The female front desk doesn’t speak English. It’s hard to communicate. I booked this hotel by accident. I didn’t realized it’s over one hour away from Andorra city. I tried to cancel the hotel 10min after I booked it. But they refused to cancel it. Wouldn’t come back again.

Poorly maintained and dirty property with missing pillow covers, not enough bedsheets, no duvet covers and dirty duvets with holes in them. Had to request clean duvets that didn't arrive till following evening. Shocking!!!
No mountain view even though I paid £240 extra for it. Heating not working properly either. Didn't had a cot for our 1 year old baby so I constantly had to worry about the safety of my baby.
Check in process absolutely ridiculous, had to queue on the stairs behind their office doors for more then 2 hours to collect the keys.
Reception said we would be compensated for the stress and troubles our family experienced, however they have never actually honoured it.
My wife has tried to contact them multiple times and instead of putting things right they have blocked her.
Absolute joke!!!!
