No direct access to the resort by train. However, it is possible to travel part of the way by train, then take bus connections:
- Coming from Madrid: Lérida station is 150 km away (high-speed train/AVE from Madrid) then bus connection Lérida - Andorra.
- Coming from Barcelona: Puigcerdà station is 43 km away, then Puigcerdà - La Seu d'Urgell - Andorra by bus.
- Coming from Girona (165 km): bus connections from Girona station.
- Coming from Toulouse: L'Hospitalet station in France (13 km) then bus connection (Please note: bus for Andorra departs from Toulouse).
Barcelona airport (200 km), Girona airport (165 km): low-cost flights from across Europe and Toulouse (160 km), then bus connections for Andorra.

I recently stayed at the Alaska with a group of 90 British students and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service we received. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, they made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this ...hotel for any group trip, especially for those with young students looking for a fantastic ski getaway. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms and a very convenient location make it a standout choice for any traveler. A massive thank you goes to the hotel director Axel and his team at the Alaska, Braian, Bruno, Kevin, Sol, Mayra and Natalia. Looking forward to my next visit!

Best place I have ever stayed, no questions asked.
Rooms:
Mind-numbingly beautiful view of the mountains from every room.
Maximized comfort on each and every bed, sofa and chair.
Every facility you will ever need is provided in your room, except for clothes washing.
...Wonderfully spacious and warm bath/shower.
Cleaned to perfection before and during stay.
Restaurant:
Excellently cooked foods, with a vast selection that considers different diet needs and tolerances.
Fantastic mix between local and traditional foods.
Drinks are slightly higher than you'd expect but still 100% worth it.
Staff/Services:
Extraordinarily kind staff in both the hotel and restaurant.
Professionally clean rooms thanks to the cleaning team.
Amazing service at the front desk.
Mind blowing levels of expertise from the chefs!

Boot room a little cramped but well accommodating.
Cleaning services are spot on to standards.
Entertainment:
Excellent quality Television in each room.
Beautiful and luxury spa with exceedingly comfortable chairs.
Cheap and basic, but entertaining, games within confines of the bottom floor, such as 8-ball pool.
Overall, this place is genuinely one of the best places I think I will ever get to go to in my life. This really sets a standard for my future self when looking for places to stay.
