We are delighted that you enjoyed the modern amenities and kitchenware provided in our apartments, which are a testament to our commitment to a high standard of accommodation. It is great to hear that you did not experience any disturbances from neighbors due to our soundproofing efforts.
Nonetheless, we regret to hear that noise from the communal areas disturbed your peace during your stay. We understand the importance of a restful environment, especially in the evenings. While our building design aims to enhance guest experience, we see that in this instance, it has fallen short for you.
