The service and staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing - second to none. They were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. There was no request too big or small for them to help. We had people with food intolerances in our group and they went above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. The rooms are simple and clean, and the bar has lovely friendly staff. The food is good. The location is a short drive to the slopes. Thank you for a brilliant stay - we would love to come again.

Restaurant with only 20% occupation and it takes way more than 1h since you ask your main dish until you receive it. I strongly recommend you choose another place to eat or not choosing accommodation with dinner included. Terrible wait. You plan eating at 9pm and you end up leaving the restaurant at 11pm

Really great hotel, I was a little worried reading the reviews but honestly it’s exceeded every expectation, very friendly helpful staff. The room is immaculate and warm with free wifi everywhere. Parking is no problem even though it’s on the road, it’s very safe. The bar is definitely worth a visit, again super friendly staff! They really are a credit. The lady manager of the bar and restaurant is fantastic! All in all a great stay and will definitely visit here again! Well worthy of 5 stars from us
