A bit difficult to grade. Overall it's not bad, but depends what you expect from it. If your expectations are - standard 3 star European hotel, then you will be disappointed.

Hotel was extremely noisy, since it hosts groups of 50 children that are absolute menace. Some adults were not better. Overall i had the same feeling like in hostel - when drunk people come at night and wake you , someone leaves early and wake you. Sound isolation is not existent here.

Also on booking it's said there are twin rooms - then on the spot we learnt that only doubles exist here.

Location is kinda good - can walk to peretol sector, but anywhere else you will need a bus.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Food didn't worth the price, dinner meals sometimes were clearly unfrozen ready meals from supermarket. Not all of them though, some food was ok, some was not.

The service and staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing - second to none. They were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. There was no request too big or small for them to help. We had people with food intolerances in our group and they went above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. The rooms are simple and clean, and the bar has lovely friendly staff. The food is good. The location is a short drive to the slopes. Thank you for a brilliant stay - we would love to come again.

Restaurant with only 20% occupation and it takes way more than 1h since you ask your main dish until you receive it. I strongly recommend you choose another place to eat or not choosing accommodation with dinner included. Terrible wait. You plan eating at 9pm and you end up leaving the restaurant at 11pm
