Great location. Door step skiing.
Accommodation was a little bit disappointing, eg - apartment was for 8 people, we were 5 but the living area although being large had only lounge seating for 3.
Facilities were good, pool, sauna, gym etc.
Overall a great place to stay.

Great location.
Small but warm and comfortable rooms (in the 3 bedroom apartment).

Lovely rooms but ridiculous that the spa area and pool closes at 7.30pm. that's prime spa time! Booked it with the idea of being able to spend the evenings in the pool and sauna etc, but not really able to do that without having to build it in to your itinerary early in the evening... Seems a bit silly imo. If they could keep it open an extra hour at least that would really make a huge difference to the experience

The areas can get quite busy which might also be reduced if it was open longer so people are more spread out.

Rooms are great though and service at reception and skiset ski shop has been great.

Could've included basics like washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets and a scrubbing brush (we had to buy our own)

Our second year here. Great location for skiing, fabulous views. Also good for non skiers!

My skis were stolen along with my boots and poles although there were no cctv cameras the staff did not tell the truth and said this was the first time ever. When we went to go and rent as our skis have been stolen we told the man at the skis rental (he was very nice) and he said that this is the third time this year so I was felling a little bit sceptical about the hotel.

Location is decent as it is a ski in ski out. They only have one lift for each section of the hotel so you have to wait around 3.5 minutes usually but sometimes more.
Reception closes at around 7:30pm so I went to go get bin bags to find it was closed where do I go now.

This hotel is good for some parts but some are unsure about.

My stay was a week long and we got moved rooms once into a bigger one. It was very big indeed. The radiators in the hotel barley work and at full blast are at a mere lukewarm; it takes a whole day to dry my clothes.

Overall the trip was decent but not the best as I lost over £1,500 worth of ski gear.

Place is recommended for beginners.
