Nestled in ...the Saint-Nicolas de La Rochelle area, the Centre residence offers apartments and 2-person studios. It is located a stone's throw from the Old Port and the centre (200 m). Its privileged location ...allows you to make the most of its many restaurants, bars and shops, all while being close to the beach.
After a wonderful day of exploring, you can go back to your cosy apartment. The added bonus? Some holiday rentals include a large furnished terrace, on which you can eat your meals while enjoying the sun. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room (book in advance).
All year round, you can swim in our indoor heated pool, located under a beautiful glass roof. On sunny days, you'll enjoy relaxing on the deckchairs in the solarium. Do you prefer the sea? You can reach it in just 15 minutes on foot. There are lots of activities on offer near the residence. Water sports, horse riding, golf, tennis or cycling: There's something for everyone.

Excellent location only 3 min walk away from the centre and port. Our apartment was small but we made it work for us (2 adults +2 teenagers 14 and 16), beds were comfortable. Son just managed to fit in the bunkbed. The bunkbeds seem to be more suitable for under 12 year ...olds. Our apartment had a nice little veranda and view of a lake. The apartment building has a swimming pool that was busy most of the time but we did find a quiet time to make use of it. The apartment was clean, location was perfect, service was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful and kind. Check reception opening times and make sure to ask how and from where to collect your key if you plan to get here after the reception is closed. I am lucky and glad to have arranged a key collection cause our flight had a delay and we arrived when reception was closed. The apartment is as shown and described in their pics. Here is a video of our checkout day, hence after I'd packed.
