Good hotel with an excellent view at the beach and an excellent beach. We stayed 8 days and had a great time. We had a premium room that looked modern and clean. Good shower although some other visitors complained about the lack of warm water. The beds were good. Small kitchen. They have two restaurants (pizza and buffet) which are ok. I would always suggest using a rental car to visit other places to eat.

Overall, it's a good hotel.

I really liked the beauty of the area where the hotel was. Very hilly and right next to the beach. Make sure to carry Google translate if you only speak English or Spanish. The staff are very hospitable and friendly!

We came as a family of 3 from the U.S. and absolutely LOVED our week-long stay. I was concerned by some of the reviews prior to arriving but found the entire place fabulous, and the staff friendly and welcoming. We essentially had an entire apartment - two bedrooms, a living area and a terrace with a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water heater, stovetop, and dishes, cutlery, etc.). The terrace overlooked the pool and ocean. We were exceptionally impressed. We rented a car from the airport, but this can also be done sur place at the hotel, and we used it - with the hotel as our base - to visit other parts of the island (highly recommend plage de grande anse, as well as point des chateaux). We will be back and hope to stay for a month or so next time.

Unfortunately you can see on every single detail that they don’t care. So many small items broken or not well working, which would not cost much to improve but clearly they don’t care. Starting from old sign showing directions to hotel, not cleaning beach from sea grass, broken almost everything at room, broken sun beds, dirt on the beach.

There are so many small details which would require extra 2 maintenance guys and management which would have the attention for detail and would care. Unfortunately not the case here. Otherwise nice location but hotel is not managed at all and with coming years it will just get worse.

Of course there are as well bad things which requires bigger investments like not sufficient parking, equipment at kitchen…

But as above key problems of this hotel is not under investment but management not caring.
