We are pleased that you found our hotel to be well-located and appreciated the cleanliness throughout our establishment. It is also heartening to know that our housekeeping staff provided friendly service, ensuring your room was well-maintained daily.
However, we are concerned to hear that your experience with our room amenities and certain aspects of our service did not entirely meet your expectations. We understand that the intimacy of our bathroom design may not suit everyone, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.
Furthermore, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by ambient noise and will look into ways of enhancing our guests' comfort in this regard.
We also regret to hear your comments regarding the interactions with some of our staff members. Please be assured that we value all guests and aim for excellence in hospitality, so your experience will be discussed internally to improve our guest service.

We are pleased that you enjoyed the service from our young barmaid and the lovely view of the harbour. Our rooftop is indeed a highlight, offering panoramic views of the sea and a relaxing atmosphere.
However, we are sincerely sorry that the service at the reception did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a warm welcome to all our guests and regret any instance where we fall short of this goal. Regarding the room privacy, we acknowledge your concerns about the glass panel separating the bathroom from the room. This design is part of our modern interiors, and we appreciate that it may not be to everyone's preference.
Nevertheless, we are delighted that you appreciated the small touches, like the snacks provided with your drinks. Such details are part of our effort to create a memorable experience for our guests.
