Very basic room, patched up and tired looking. Paper thin walls, can hear conversations from next rooms. Hot food very poor at both breakfast and dinner, limited choice and poorly cooked. No towels available at pool side. Told had to order drinks at pool side via waiter. Only one waiter on duty so long wait for drinks.

Our rooms were designed to offer both comfort and convenience, and we regret to hear that this was not reflected during your visit. Additionally, we understand how important a restful environment is, we are continually working to improve the hotel's sound insulation features and apologise for any disturbance caused by noise from adjacent rooms.

We take note of your comments in regards to the food and the service at the pool.

Finally, just for your information, pool towels are available at the pool, but you must first hire them at reception for just 2 € per towel per day.

Dear Frank,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.

We take these matters extremely seriously and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards throughout our hotel. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected daily, and we have strict protocols in place to prevent and address any pest-related issues.

However, you did not make us aware of anything of the like either that very night or the next day upon check out. You only told us a day and a half after and asked for a compensation.
As we did not acepted, because we had fully checked the room and no bugs were found, you decided to use your valuable time to write this review.

We hope you will allow us the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with a more satisfactory experience in the future.

I am here now came today fantastic hotel , I've come away to relax and enjoy some sunshine on balcony due to a stroke, I got given a room was fabulous but no sun, went down explain and was allocated another room still no sun I'm sat on balcony cold n proper near tears, I don't like making a fuss, it's my birthday as well on Sunday, was a treat but at moment it's not feeling that way I have been back down hoping third time lucky but been told no rooms come back tomorrow, but I know that's a fob me off Ile unpack n stay, I'm sorry I don't have any problems with the hotel n staff are really nice I just want balcony with sun please

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your time to share your comments.

Our team tried to provide an option that would meet your requirements, however, our sea view rooms are east oriented (The sea is on the east, not south), so you will only have morning sun, nor afternoon this time of the year.
The only option would be to downgrade to a standard room, which are south and west facing.

We would appreciate if you could come by reception today.
