Overall was good the installation the place and the apartment but the time for waiting for answer from the reception when we needed info was slow and not accurate. We were looking for a parking lot space inside the hotel and we had to wait long time and call them several times to find answer. The staff should look forward for better ways to speed up the attention with these request without going direct to hotel.

Hotel was clean and smell nice. We could check in earlier. Hotel is in acceptable location and stuff was polite. The room we rented was for three people. the stove did not work properly, we waited about 30 minutes for the water to boil. It also didn't make sense that they charged us 200€ more for some sort of deposit upon our arrival and told us they will only give it back if we take out the trash and clean the apartment when we leave. Btw this deposit wasn’t mentioned in our conformation. I would recommend this hotel to be more clear with their offer. Another thing was that we got only one toilet paper for 3 girls. We were staying there for 4 nights. I hope this hotel will change soon because it’s not great value for money. U can get clean and high tech room for better price.

Nice place, targeted to a younger age range. Overall the rooms were clean and we didn’t have a problem with that, however as soon as we arrived we were told that the security deposit would be 200€. I understand that there has to be a deposit in this type of accommodation, but I would say that this price is too high, and I have never payed a deposit at this amount, even when i was in more prestigious locations. A positive thing is that they let us check in early and the staff was kind. Hotel is close to a metro station so that is also good.

The girls at the reception were polite, helped us with advice and provided information for the tourists.
The room was clean. The beds were not comfortable, hard, I could not sleep normally.
