The Costa del Azahar, or Orange Blossom Coast, is a largely undiscovered section of the Spanish coast, lying just north of Valencia. It has a several relaxed holiday resorts where you can enjoy fantastic weather and local food, and soak up some Spanish culture with your sun, well away from the crowds.
