Yes, there are apartment options with a large bed room, there is no room for the bunk bed area.

Very well located and excellent value for money. We took a studio for 3 people that consisted of a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchen with everything we needed (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and plenty of kitchen utensils) it has a bunk area in the entrance, full bathroom and terrace. It has heating (electric radiators that work correctly) It has free parking outside (about 10 spaces) and paid parking inside.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant, especially Francois. Without a doubt we will return to San Juan de Luz and repeat accommodation!!
