Back from our stay, fortunately with 6 sunny days and a truly magnificent ski area.
The accommodation, however, failed to meet our desires. We encountered a lot of problems in this so-called Premium Residence. So of course if you like the old and dilapidated side then go for it, but at this price we are used to having a different level of standard.
In summary:
- Rental of 2 large apartments with request to be side by side. Big disappointment... the apartments were in a different building and despite a similar price I can tell you that the 2nd was well below. (Size, convenience, balcony, ...)
- Regarding accommodation: insufficient number of electrical outlets (4 to 5 outlets in an 8-person apartment), yes it was a battle just to recharge our phones, only one toilet!!!! Take your ticket and wait, a cramped bathroom, where the shower still appears in the form of a bathtub with a small shower in which you have to contort yourself to get in, insufficient lighting (don't try to read a card of your favorite board games in the evening, it's impossible), cleaning done in a hurry: don't move the bed or the sofa, you will get scared when you see what is hidden underneath, positive point the bedding is comfortable.
- Concerning the residence, from the 1st day, it was impossible to park our vehicle underground despite our reservation... another vehicle was already parked on the site and there was no solution to remove it or find another place, no charging stations for electric vehicles either.
A swimming pool certainly very beautiful, but for which you have to cross in the cold to access it. Avoid going there with the residence's bathrobes, you're guaranteed to get cold.
If you reserve your bread at reception for breakfast the next day, do not hesitate to check twice, an order forgotten during our stay.
Despite the number of people per apartment, be aware that you will only have 2 keys to access your favorite room, plan well!! We are far from the usual standards with 4 magnetic cards, the complex has aged and has not been able to update itself.
The pompom, the size of the ski lockers!!! Please note that you can put your skis in a locker in the basement of the residence, a small narrow room, probably made in haste to say that it exists. In addition to having to take the stairs with your ski boots (hurt) I didn't think I would find a minimally heated locker (your feet shivered when you put on your shoes, still cold and damp from the day before), a locker which, given its size, can only accommodate 4 pairs of skis and shoes, even though I remember the apt is a 7/8 seater.

So yes, the residence is at the foot of the slopes, the ski rental store on the ground floor, the view of Mont Blanc breathtaking, but please do not write "Premium" for this Résidence Pierre et vacance. It's not. Rustic would be more appropriate

I spent the weekend of the resort's opening in this residence which on paper seemed perfect.
Except that when I arrived, the heating had not been checked and it was not working correctly, I never exceeded 17C in the accommodation and the radiators were barely lukewarm.
The swimming pool did not have water and the sauna/hammam area was not functional, it did not open until the next day.
We gave you vouchers for the municipal swimming pool if you wanted to go to the swimming pool.
So suffice to say that by booking at the last minute, ie on Sunday evening for Friday of the same week, if I had had this information I would never have gone there.
I spent my weekend feeling cold and asked for a commercial gesture because 17 degrees, even seasonal, is not legal!!!
Answer, I am being sent back from Travelski to Pierre et Vacances and vice versa…..
As for my review of Travelski, it was never published!
All I have left is Google and the consumer associations.

Despite the ideal positioning of the residence, a few points are to be deplored:
- the pedestrian access is so dangerous (icy staircase for which Pierre et Vacances declines all responsibility in the event of a fall) that it is preferable to take our 3 year old daughter on skis to the piou-pious rather than risk falling by joining on foot the dahu which is 130m from there;
- a swimming pool accessible only from the outside, and whose temperature is clearly lower than that displayed (29°C), therefore a little tight for little wolves;
- a single ski room, at the end of the residence, on the side where there is no slope, very difficult to access with ski boots (stairs to go up or down as desired!), an attic, and each of which locker can hold 2 pairs of shoes, despite apartments for 8 people...
- dated rooms whose number of sockets can be counted on the fingers of one hand, with storage space already occupied by duvets... AND mouse droppings...
- only 2 keys per room for 8 people, which are used for both the locker and the room

In short, a service that leaves something to be desired for the price put there and the services put forward

La montagne offre un cadre magnifique, mais nous comprenons que certains aspects pratiques, comme l’accès en hiver ou l’aménagement des espaces, aient pu compliquer votre expérience. Nous avons à cœur d’offrir un séjour agréable à tous nos visiteurs, et vos remarques nous aident à poursuivre nos efforts d’amélioration. Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même pu profiter de la beauté des paysages et de quelques bons moments en famille.

Very disappointed with this stay which on paper looked perfect!

Non-exhaustive list:
- access to the residence is very dangerous, icy, resulting in 1 sprained wrist and nearly €90 in medical expenses…
- one evening I had the choice between showering my child under 3 years old in a bathtub where the water ran brown or in a shower where the water temperature was barely lukewarm...
- the lighting system is very insufficient, as soon as night falls there are no ceiling lights just a few lamps in the 4 corners of the room…
- in one of the bedrooms, a bath towel is stapled to the ceiling on a beam…
- the icing on the cake, we realize a little late that the cooking plate is damaged (but works perfectly). We reported it 2 days after our arrival when we noticed it. After our departure they blamed us for the deterioration of the plate and charged us for its replacement, i.e. €250…

The list of malfunctions is still long, cleanliness of the apartments, professionalism of the staff, absence of sockets in the rooms, on the other hand presence of sockets less than 30 cm from water points, ski lockers far too small for 8 people, obligation to go through the outside to access the swimming pool and so on…

The only positive point: the location at the foot of the slopes and close to the dahu for pedestrians who want to access bars, restaurants and shops and overall a beautiful resort.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement privilégié de la résidence, au pied des pistes et à proximité du Dahu, ainsi que la beauté de la station. C’est en effet un atout majeur pour profiter pleinement de son séjour à la montagne !

Cependant, nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les nombreux désagréments rencontrés, notamment concernant l’accès verglacé, les soucis d’eau et les équipements de votre logement. Ce n’est évidemment pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.
