Ce tutto che serve per trascorre bene le vacanze. A due passi dalle piste sciistiche.

Conosco questo residence da più di 25 anni (prima si chiamava Rocher Soleil) ed anche se la struttura inizia ad essere un po' vecchiotta lo reputo comunque un buon résidence dove soggiornare all'Alpe d'Huez.
Gli appartamenti non sono enormi ma completamente attrezzati, la pulizia l'ho trovata discreta e viene fornita la biancheria da bagno e da letto.
Le parti comuni pulite.
Ha una piscina che seppur non sia molto grande è comunque comoda.
La sauna, per le misure anti-covid quest'anno era chiusa
Wi-Fi compreso ma lento.
Per il resto la ritengo una struttura discreta.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of January - we had no interaction with the staff so nothing to say about that but what a disappointment when entering the room.
The renovated label was put forward a little too early. We were expecting renovated rooms and furniture.... suffice to say that we are far from it!!! Maybe some rooms are but clearly it's a ho,te because the photos have nothing to do with it. We are very good Pierre et Vacances customers and clearly we were disappointed by the dilapidation and lack of cleanliness of the building (the rooms, the entire sauna/swimming pool area, ski locker room, etc.)

The positive is the location.

Very good service, the sauna and the pool are very good, beautiful view

Ras on the staff and the location.

On the other hand, the apartments are not ultra clean, the soundproofing is non-existent and the hot water is extremely variable.
The sofa bed is far from comfortable.

But in truth, all this could pass if the residence was truly family-friendly as is touted.

The groups of partygoers are unfortunately at home and the others just have to endure.

There is no one there at night, if there is a problem you will have to call the police despite the friendliness of the staff.

As if we had to bother with these problems on vacation.

You have to look on the bright side, we're almost happy to be back today ?
