Very nice location.

Superb view of Benodet beach - the apartment is functional but very old with quite a few elements to be overhauled - clean except for the mold from the skylight window not removed - the bedding in the room is not bad - the sofa bed needs to be overhauled the slats are falling - the bathroom is dated and repair of the bathtub questionable - for the services and the staff no opinion the period of stay did not allow me to meet the staff

Ideal location, with access to the beach across the road. Very quick reception and key collection which is very appreciable.
