Having forgotten my down jacket in the closet in our room, I contacted Pierre and vacance mail+tel (beyond the price of the garment) they never responded.

Real professionalism from the agents and receptionists would have been to at least answer the phone or emails. And true professionalism, with competent people, would not have allowed such theft.

Theft with impunity.

I have never posted a comment in any place where I have stayed or eaten, even if some places leave something to be desired, but here I cannot allow myself to leave a comment noting the lack of consideration and the theft which is produced.
