The entertainment was wonderful; everyone was lovely: Wulli, Ana María, Fátima, and Laura. Thanks to them, our stay was marvelous. David and Lazen were among the best waiters. Pleasant and friendly, it was a pleasure to meet them. A 10 out of 10 for everyone—an exemplary staff. Thanks also to the kitchen staff and their boss, and to the buffet staff: Iker and his brother Montse were incredibly kind. When I asked for toasted bread because they were out, they came and brought me a bowl. Thank you! And a blonde lady—I don't know her name—who was also very nice. However, I get a 0 out of 10 for the supervisor. I asked for lactose-free milk, and she told me they didn't have any. Besides other things I noticed, I had to ask the blonde lady in the kitchen, and she immediately told me where the milk was. She was incredibly kind. We stayed for eight days, and the best part was undoubtedly the entertainment and shows. Thank you!

This hotel is fantastic! We're here as a family and it's ideal for children. My kids are thrilled, and we are even more so. We have the all-inclusive package and I highly recommend it. The food is very good and the facilities are excellent. The pool bar always has good drinks and snacks and vermouth available at any time. I also want to mention that the entertainment team makes our stay absolutely perfect, always smiling and providing great activities for the whole family. The rooms are nice and you sleep well. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is fine. I expected it to be bigger, but in the end, everything is very accessible and convenient. The rooms are quite nice, although the one we had had a rather unpleasant sewage smell. The entertainment team is the best; they are all very friendly and fun. Ana María is a sweetheart; she's very talented and really makes your stay enjoyable.
