Essendo un residence la reception è aperta solo poche ore al giorno ma.il eprsonale è gentile. Non parlano neanche una parola di italiano perciò sarebbe utile che avessero spiegazioni scritte sul funzionamento da consegnare. Per. Capire dove fosse il locale delle pattumiere.ci abbiamo messo un po'. La pulizia è fatta una volta a settimana ed è essenziale ovvero cucina, bagno e biancheria pulita. Il resto però è approssimativo: vetri, mobile porta TV/credenza, stendino decisamente ignorati dal personale addetto. Buonissima l'insonorizzazione dall'esterno, un po' meno quella interna. Appartamento molto carino. Letti comodi e biancheria bagno e camere sufficiente. Nel complesso ripeterei l'esperienza.

Indicato a 16 Km da Chamonix su Booking, invece dista 67 Km e un'ora e mezza di macchina. Appena me ne sono accorto ho disdetto ma non sono stato rimborsato. Dopo la mia segnalazione lo hanno corretto. Pessimo customer service.

great location for winter sports. Close to lifts/pistes and also bakery/supermarket within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. No parking options at the accommodation, but a large open parking lot P3 is within walking distance. And for loading and unloading you can park your car in front of the door for free for 1.5 hours.
