Residence well located, close to shops even if access, particularly pedestrians, is not very practical.
However, the duplex apartment on the ground floor, although practical for our dog, is disappointing, little space, poor quality bedding, lack of cleaning, stained and worn sheets, deserves a good refresh. This does not correspond to the published photos. AND HOW COLD IT IS, RADIATOR BLOCKED, JUST 17° IN THE APARTMENT, very poor insulation, the air passes under the window.
Bring large bath towels because the ones offered are really small, no hairdryer or accessories in the bathroom. In short, little comfort.
We may have gone wrong with this apartment, it's a shame. However, the young woman at reception is very friendly.

Beautiful view and comfort assured

This is my 6th stay at Pedrou since the summer of 2021. I am still very satisfied with the residence which offers a friendly and spacious hall where you can sit down to work, play board games... and a clean and modern laundry area with toilets. The machines operate by credit card only and laundry detergent is included. A ski room located on floor - 1 has an entrance from inside the residence and another from the outside. Each apartment has a locker closed with a padlock. The residence has an elevator which works very well. The doors and corridors are wide, easily allowing PRM access. The staff, all bodies combined, are charming. The two hostesses are wonderful; one of them is perfectly bilingual in Spanish, which offers an additional quality service. The apartments are bright, well exposed, offering a magnificent view of the mountains or the village of Font-Romeu. The attached photos were taken from the balcony. The accommodations are well appointed with mountain decoration and sturdy furniture. Depending on the apartment, the dishes are not always sufficient. It is advisable to provide simple dishes because the cooking tools are not large. Each apartment has a refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a flat-screen TV. the residence offers a meal delivery service on order, board games can be borrowed free of charge. The residence accepts pets.

2nd year and still satisfied. pleasant and functional studio, beautiful mountain view and close to everything. I recommend.

Excellent stay in Font-Romeu.
Rental consistent with what was announced. Very clean, contains everything you need. Very pleasant and professional staff. Perfect location: close to all amenities and the slopes. We didn't need to use the car for everyday life. We advise!
