Very pleasant residence with quality staff, especially Madeleine who is great!

A perfect residence.
Well located on skis, mountain views, really warm outdoor swimming pool, possibility of ordering breakfast, restaurant on site for the evening, underground parking with charging for electric vehicles. I highly recommend

We had a pleasant stay in the mountains. Perfect for a ski-in/ski-out start. We had space in our accommodation, bright and in terms of reception services it was perfect. The teams are available to provide information and help you. Kitchen and bathroom essentials were also present. THANKS

Perfect, it’s a shame that the Eterlou restaurant does not live up to the image of the residence.
The cook and the waitress criticize the customers in a rude manner outside.
Fries and steak from the burnt children's menu.
We didn't return all week, plus the cook leaves his dog wandering in the hall of the residence which stressed me out because I'm afraid of dogs.
Having reported this to reception, nothing was done before my departure.
For a 5 star this tarnishes the image.

Superb residence, comfortable apartment, very pleasant staff.
Well located, ski in/ski out, with ESF lessons nearby.
The only downside is the station shuttles which stop at 6:30 p.m. The residence being far from the resort center, it is not always practical with small children to return on foot to the Residence after this time.
