Timeshare owner, arrived on June 10, 2025, left the next day.
Really fed up. I'm in the tourism industry and I would never dare offer this type of accommodation.
The building and the gardens, except for the pool area, are not maintained.
The groundskeeper is rarely there.
There's an emergency number, but it never answers. My mother, not knowing how to exit through the pool access door, ended up calling the fire department, as she wasn't there when it happened.
Following a second emergency call, a hornet's nest had taken up residence under the terrace awning (stained and moldy), still no one answered. Appalling!

Very dirty apartment, poor hygiene, housekeeping probably never done. Dirty linen rented for €16, yellow pillows. The few dishes left were not clean, damp, odors, mold, walls and doors in an advanced state of disrepair. Faulty air conditioning, broken gate, and filthy elevator. Renovation supposedly completed in 2024, just a cover-up! The Club Hotel is dishonest; we can't rent this apartment or go there, and we're paying utilities for nothing. I can post beautiful photos too, but that's not the reality.
Too bad, the setting is beautiful, what a waste!
I don't recommend anyone go there.

Location located near Cannes center, while being quietly set back. Quiet residence with swimming pool. Cozy renovated apartment with air conditioning.

Nice residence, magnificent terrace

Residence, very well located, quiet, place, very peaceful. Indeed, a renovation would be welcome... we still had a great time! We were received by a very charming young man who was able to meet all our expectations (Jonathan) and will be happy to come back between the renovations being carried out..
