Heel slecht. Onvriendelijke personeel. En je bent verplicht om een parkeerplaats te reserveren want buiten parkeren is een drama. Er is nooit plek en politie delen graag boetes uit. Nooit met je zicht aan de zeide van de tegenlicht parkeren. Mag niet gelijk boete.

A very nice residence at very reasonable prices for the off-season period ☺ Our small apartment, located in the "Les Lavandes" building, was very quiet, well insulated, with a beautiful living room, a small enough bathroom, a small kitchen, and a sofa that converts into a bed with a television ☺

The place is very well located, not far from the city center of Antibes and the seaside... ☺

For the summer season, a small swimming pool is also at our disposal, my partner and I are thinking of returning during this period, because the prices are sincerely affordable ☺

A few minor downsides (but nothing dramatic... ?):
- The Pierre&Vacances reception, located in the “Les Mimosas” building, is a little difficult to find...
- For a total of three nights, we only received one roll of toilet paper, and the reception does not provide any, it's up to us to buy some (personally, I don't really see myself buying a full pack of toilet paper for three nights, but we left some for the next tenants... ?)
- No hairdryer available, which is not very practical in winter

Residence equipped with a swimming pool and a solarium.
Exceptional location for the two residences (La Rostagne and Port Prestige).
With very beautiful views.
There are all amenities nearby.
Since I came to Antibes, I always come back to the same place (while waiting, I hope, to be able to settle in Antibes or the surrounding area).
I have recommended him to many people around me.
If I could give more stars I would, but unfortunately we are limited to 5 stars, which are moreover well deserved.

Excellent choice for visiting Antibes, Juan les Pins and surrounding areas, super value for money. Simple but well equipped apartment.
