However, Arcs 1800 feels a bit too much like a soulless, artificial village and an amusement park.

We spent a week at the Le Roselend residence where the welcome was perfect; all the staff members we met were smiling and pleasant. We were delighted with our stay despite two days of uncertain weather. The residence is very well located and close to amenities. Les Arcs 1800 offers a multitude of activities; you're sure to find something you'll enjoy. Our duplex apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, TV on each floor, etc.). The indoor heated pool is lovely, and the saunas and steam rooms are a nice bonus.
I highly recommend this place; don't hesitate to book.
