Good in every respect

Beautiful, well-located residence with flowers. Pleasant apartment with a balcony.
The maintenance and cleaning staff are excellent. Limited Wi-Fi. No bread delivery service.

As always with Pierre & Vacances, we have mixed feelings. The location is fantastic, the gardens are beautifully maintained, the view from the apartment is superb, and the terrace is lovely... But all of this is offset by some frustrating details. The apartment isn't functional; the bedroom barely contains two flimsy children's beds with low-quality bedding. There's no closet space whatsoever. You'll have to store everything in the cabinet under the TV, which is clearly not designed for that purpose. The sofa bed is decent quality, but you have to be willing to sleep in the living room and have everyone on the same schedule.
The crockery is minimal. It would have been nice to have a few oyster forks, for example... A pod coffee maker wouldn't have broken the bank, but we get it, this apartment is clearly designed to maximize profits. The decor is also very basic, with the traditional white painted wallpaper, which isn't very neat in places. The common areas are dirty, full of cobwebs, and haven't been cleaned in ages. The shoddy workmanship of the residence is also evident, and one can't help but feel sorry for the owners when you consider the price they must have paid for their tiny apartment—which, by the way, has a nice terrace.

To top it all off, we arrived on a Friday, the receptionist left shortly after, and the reception remained closed until Monday, with no way to reach anyone. You had to be quick to file a complaint! ? In short, as you can see, a mixed review of this accommodation despite the very pleasant surroundings of Guilvinec and the surrounding area.
