Ramen al mistens 5 jaar niet meer gepoetst, lift defect, plinten hangen vol stof, schimmel(rand) in de douches.
Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

In mid-March, the residence is very quiet. Located within the citadel, it also provides easy access to the port or to the nearby hypermarkets.
The residence is generally well-maintained, and the staff is welcoming, attentive, and professional.
There are no longer any gifts for pets.
The bathroom heater doesn't work... as in all the other residences. It's advisable to try to reduce dust during cleaning.

Spacious, well-appointed studio at a very affordable price out of season

Great location in the center of Saint Martin. Very correct and functional apartment. Just bedding a little too soft and wifi too weak (and probably too far from the router). Friendly and very professional staff.
