Ramen al mistens 5 jaar niet meer gepoetst, lift defect, plinten hangen vol stof, schimmel(rand) in de douches.
Zeer "in-efficace' acceuil, in plaats van paar koppels samen uitleg te geven, rammelt (vriendelijke weliswaar) mevrouw tegen 130km/h in 't Frans de facilitées en voorzieningen op ....
20 FRENCH -only TV-zenders (zelfs geen BBC .. French Chauvinistes !)
Uren van 't zwembad te laat open en te vroeg dicht ... tegen dat ge van uitstap terug komt met ge U al haasten, en 's morgens wachten tot 9u.
GEEN zeepbakje/plankje in douche om bvb zeep of shampoo op te zetten.
Dag en nacht HUMmmmm-geluid (ventilatie?)
Geen dampkap boven kookvuur.
Waterdruk zeer laag, en dikwijls alleen koud water in douche :-(

Very satisfied with my 5-night stay in a studio, ideal location, friendly and helpful reception staff, functional sauna and hammam, classic bike rental on site, it was very quiet and relaxing.

We've been staying with our partner for 6 years. This year, we stayed for 11 nights in a studio where cleaning was neglected! Well-soundproofed apartments in an aging residence that is nevertheless ideally located in Saint Martin. It's the starting point for beautiful walks and especially bike rides, as there's a very nice bike path nearby. Closed parking.
It's a shame we had to clean all the bathrooms upon arrival. We found hairs on the bed sheet, and dirty tiles in front of the kitchenette. This is a recurring problem that I report every time! It's therefore not normal under these conditions to ask the guest to clean the kitchen area before departure. The towel dryer in the bathroom wasn't working, but apparently all the guests this year had the same problem!
For a long stay, there were no plates, cutlery, and glasses. Their number is insufficient (4 knives, 4 spoons, 4 forks...) because the studios are equipped with dishwashers which is not consistent with the few dishes offered. Regretfully, I think that next year if we return to the island, we will seriously look at what the competition offers.

Great stay, welcoming staff, clean and well-equipped accommodation. The only downside was the garden furniture not being cleaned. Well located on the island, bike rental available on site.
