Hello, if you would like to book accommodation in this residence, don't count on it.
In fact, this establishment practices overbooking and your accommodation reserved at the foot of the slopes will be 700m from the slopes while paying the same price.
In fact, we had reserved an apartment in this residence in May for €1,100. At the end of November they told us they had to do unforeseen work and that we had to be relocated to another residence 700m from the slopes. If we had chosen this residence we would have paid less for it. But in our situation the establishment wanted us to pay the same price. By contacting booking we learned that it was not work but a problem of overbooking. When we send a message back with our arguments, the establishment does not respond to us and simply cancels our reservation.
In short, don’t plan your trip in advance with them. Do not count on the friendliness of the staff or their honesty.

Very bad experience. Basically because when we realized that we couldn't take a shower because the hot water wasn't working, we called the emergency reception number to no avail. When the girl at the reception appeared and we told her about it, she remained like a ficus... with little ability to react and just said "ok, I'll tell you about it..." I just wanted an apology since for the price we paid, I think the Hot water was included and we could not benefit from it. Very poorly managed by the lady who treated us with absolute indifference.

Horrible experience. We stayed from the 23rd to the 24th with two children (3 and 1 year old) and in the morning when we went to shower there was no hot water, we called and no one answered, when we checked out we mentioned it and they told us to file a claim online and what bye bye. We have made a claim and no one has responded. I understand what errors there may be but they have to know how to solve them or provide some alternative, which here has been absolutely non-existent. Being in an apartment in a cold and snowy place and not being able to shower is a disastrous experience. Bad for the girl who attended us and bad for the director who has done absolutely nothing.
